Andrew Bear

Andrew Bear has over 15 years of professional experience. Andrew began their career in 2005 as the Head of Grounds at Ashcombes Farm and Greenhouse. In 2007, they moved to Quality Greenhouses as a Team Foreman. From 2009 to 2015, they served as an Instructor for In-Flight Refueling Operations for the United States Air Force. After leaving the Air Force, they joined Allscripts as an Associate Project Manager. In 2017, they moved to PRA Health Sciences as a Project Finance Analyst. In 2018, they joined Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) as a Project Finance Analyst III. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Siemens as a Commercial Project Manager. During this time, they organized and strengthened processes around contract review and approval, solved critical customer service roadblocks, and delivered a renewed level of service for multi-million dollar contracts. Andrew also strengthened overall team effectiveness through an innovative training program overhaul. Currently, they are an Associate Project Manager at Interpace Biosciences and an Associate Project Manager, PMP at Flagship Biosciences, Inc.

Andrew Bear has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Brandman University (2012-2015) and an Associate's Degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from the Community College of the Air Force (2009-2011). Andrew also holds four certifications, including the Air Force Authorized Prefix: K - Aircrew Instructor from the United States Air Force (obtained in April 2013), the Air Force Specialty Code: 1A071 - In-Flight Refueling Craftsman from the United States Air Force (obtained in March 2010), and two Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter (obtained in October 2016) and the Project Management Institute (PMI) (obtained in January 2016).
