Joni Rosenfield has held a variety of roles in the medical industry, beginning with their role at Abbott Laboratories in 1991. joni then moved to Novartis in 2001 as a District Sales Manager, followed by a role as Corporate Account Manager at Amgen in 2003. In 2008, they joined Prometheus as an Executive Technical Sales Specialist, and was promoted to Senior Technical Sales Specialist in 2011. In 2013, they were promoted again to Executive Technical Sales Specialist, and won the Circle of Excellence Award (President's Club) in 2013, 2010, and 2008. In 2015, they joined Interpace Diagnostics as a Diagnostic Account Executive, and was responsible for promoting a platform of molecular testing of PancraGen for pancreatic cysts. In 2016, they joined QOL Medical LLC as an Executive Rare Disease Specialist.

Joni Rosenfield obtained their M.A. in Education from Columbia University and their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami.
