Madeline Cupani

Madeline Cupani has a diverse work experience that spans from 2017 to 2021. In 2017, they served as a CARE Intern at Crossroad Animal Rescue and a Team Member at Your Pie Franchising, LLC. At Your Pie Franchising, LLC, they were responsible for contributing to positive morale and facilitating optimal customer service with a friendly and upbeat demeanor. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Humane Animal Rescue. During their time there, they served as an Admissions Counselor, Pet Retention Coordinator, Admissions and Pet Retention Manager, and Customer Care Manager. As an Admissions Counselor, they facilitated the admission of domestic pets into the shelter and assisted patrons enquiring about surrendering with empathy. As a Pet Retention Coordinator, they determined eligibility for medical cases to receive financial assistance from the Pet Retention program. As an Admissions and Pet Retention Manager, they maintained the responsibilities of the Admission Manager and added the responsibilities of overseeing the Adoptions Department. As a Customer Care Manager, they unified the Adoptions Operating Procedures between the North Side and East Side locations and coordinated cross-training of members in the Admissions and Adoptions departments. Currently, they are employed at Interpace Biosciences as a Business Support Specialist and Client Services Coordinator.

Madeline Cupani attended Clemson University from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Animal and Veterinary Sciences. In 2017, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Dublin City University, where they focused on Cultural Studies.
