Florence Henry

Florence Henry currently serves as Responsable Achats & Développement Packaging at Interparfums since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Chef de projets Développement Packaging for make-up and perfume at Sisley Paris, and as an Ingénieur Développement at L'Oréal, focusing on operational project management for brands like CARITA and Shu Uemura. Earlier positions at 3M involved overseeing packaging projects as an Ingénieur Packaging Junior, while initial experiences at THIVEMBAL included responsibilities in studies and methods, both in alternance and seasonal contracts. Florence holds a Master’s degree in Packaging Engineering from ESEPAC and a professional license in Packaging Technology, alongside a DUT in Packaging and Conditioning from IUT d'Evreux.
