Ingrid BILE has extensive experience in corporate law and compliance, serving as Responsable juridique Corporate & Compliance at Interparfums since January 2017. Previously, Ingrid held the position of Responsable juridique at GROUPE AUREA, managing corporate matters for over 20 companies across France and Europe, as well as validating and negotiating commercial contracts. At BR GAMING from 2009 to 2014, Ingrid focused on capital operations, the creation of subsidiaries, and the negotiation of agreements with African state lotteries for the launch of the "Africamillions" lottery. Ingrid began a career at Micropole from 2000 to 2008, managing corporate affairs for 15 companies and advising senior management on operational and restructuring matters. Ingrid holds a degree from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and has additionally studied at Cours Florent.
