Cay-Marco Fritsch

Cay-Marco Fritsch is a seasoned finance professional with a robust background in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. They have served as a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at ING from 2017 to 2022, and currently hold the position of Partner in Corporate Finance at PwC Deutschland, which they began in 2022. Fritsch's prior experience includes roles at Lehman Brothers, Nomura, and Celesio AG, where they demonstrated expertise as an Associate, Vice President, and M&A Manager. They are also a Senior Advisor at Interpath, a role they commenced in 2025.
