Danelle Cox is the Associate Director of Transaction Services at Interpath Advisory in London, leveraging over six years of Transaction Services experience from both the UK and New Zealand. Previously part of PwC's Auckland Deals team, Danelle has worked with mid-market private equity firms and FTSE companies on financial due diligence, vendor assistance, and IPO reviews across sectors such as FMCG, Healthcare, Technology, and Business Services. Danelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics, Finance, and Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Canterbury.
