David Clarke

David Clarke is the Managing Director at Interpath Advisory, where they oversee the Employer Covenant offering in the UK. They have led over 450 Employer Covenant engagements, working with both Company and Trustee sides, and have been directly engaged by the Pensions Regulator. Previously, they served as a Director at KPMG LLP from 1999 to 2021. Currently, David is leading the employer covenant review for a major UK clearing bank and advising a major telecommunications business at the Board level on managing the employer covenant review process.
