Emma Baylis

Emma Baylis is the Managing Director at Interpath Advisory, a global financial advisory firm, where they advise large clients on M&A and tax issues. With over 30 years of experience in tax, Emma previously held various leadership roles at KPMG, including Head of Tax Managed Services and Head of Global Mobility Services, before retiring from the partnership in September 2020. They served as a Senior Policy Adviser to HM Treasury at the Office of Tax Simplification, contributing to significant policy reviews. A champion of social mobility and inclusion, Emma is also the Head of ESG at Interpath, where they develop sustainable business agendas while embracing digital advancements.
