Graham Lawes

Graham Lawes is the Managing Director and Head of UK Transaction Services at Interpath Advisory, where they currently lead strategic initiatives in transaction management. Prior to this role, Graham served as an Associate Partner at KPMG UK and spent significant time at Deloitte UK, where they were a Director in the Restructuring Services department. They also held the position of Managing Director at FTI Consulting, advising on transactions and stakeholder management. Additionally, Graham has been a member of the advisory board at Woodcote House School since 2009 and is pursuing a MA at The University of Edinburgh.
