Jack Merrix has extensive experience in transaction diligence and audit, having worked at EY-Parthenon and KPMG. At EY-Parthenon, Jack served as an Executive in the Transaction Diligence team and progressed to Manager in the Strategy and Transactions division, focusing on the Midlands Restructuring department. Jack's tenure at KPMG included roles as Assistant Manager and Senior Audit Associate, primarily within the Corporate Sector in Birmingham, specializing in assurance for the retail, utilities, and manufacturing sectors. Currently, Jack holds the position of Associate Director at Interpath, beginning in April 2025, after serving as a Manager since August 2023. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with First Class Honours from Durham University and is a qualified ACA through ICAEW.
