Karim HELAL

Karim Helal, CFA, is the Managing Director of Deal Advisory & Special Situations at Interpath Advisory, a position held since 2024. Previously, they spent a decade at KPMG France, progressing through roles including Director and Partner in Deal Advisory, specializing in financial restructuring and distressed M&A. Karim began their career in various financial roles, including financial analyst positions at Bostik and Microsoft, as well as HR assistant duties at Alcatel-Lucent. They hold a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and are a charterholder of the CFA.
