Pascal Bonnet

Pascal Bonnet is the Managing Director of Debt Advisory at Interpath France, where they advise banks and large companies on major national and international securitization transactions. Pascal has a strong background in both "true sale" and "synthetic" securitization, handling various asset types. Previously, they served as a Partner at KPMG France from 1990 to 2002, leading Transaction Services and Restructuring. Pascal earned a Master in Finance from ESSEC Business School and a Master and Post-graduate diploma in Economics from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University. Additionally, they completed a program in Expertise Comptable & Commissariat aux Comptes at ESSEC in 2001.
