Paul Boike

Paul Boike is an experienced M&A professional currently serving as M&A Manager at Interpath since October 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Associate in Investment Banking at Alantra from January 2024 to October 2025 and gained extensive experience at Sigma Corporate Finance GmbH from January 2019 to December 2023, where Paul served as both Associate and Analyst in M&A. Earlier in Paul’s career, significant expertise in M&A tax was developed at PwC, where roles included Senior Consultant and Consultant from October 2014 to December 2018, as well as dual student positions in M&A tax and transfer pricing. Paul Boike holds a Master of Mergers and Acquisitions (LL.M.) from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in taxation and auditing from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
