Pawan Kandel

Pawan Kandel is currently serving as an M&A Assistant Manager at Interpath since October 2025, while also holding the position of Founding President at Merging NepSocs since August 2018, an organization that advocates for the Nepalese diaspora in the UK. Previously, Pawan worked as a Corporate Finance Executive at Azets from October 2021 to September 2025, contributing to M&A advisory and capital raising across various sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at PwC from October 2017 to October 2021, and earlier positions as Team Leader at the National Citizen Service Trust and an intern at PwC UK. Pawan holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from The University of Manchester and completed A-Levels at King Edward VI Five Ways Grammar School.
