Rémy Brocquet

Rémy Brocquet is currently the Director of Deal Advisory and Special Situations at Interpath Advisory, specializing in restructuring and distress M&A. With a background as a Financial Auditor at Ernst & Young and GBA Audit et Finance, Rémy gained early experience in legal auditing for notable construction groups. From 2005 to 2012, Rémy served as a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Grant Thornton, followed by a role as Director of Restructuring and Transaction Advisory Services at Grant Thornton France until 2019. Rémy has also worked as a Senior Manager in Deal Advisory and Restructuring at KPMG France from 2019 to 2024. Educationally, Rémy holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Université Panthéon Assas and a diploma in management control and finance from ESLSCA.
