Russell Worrall

Russell Worrall is the Managing Director and Head of Transaction Services at Interpath Advisory, where they bring over 30 years of professional services experience. Previously, Russell spent 24 years at PwC, serving in various leadership roles within the Deals business, including as a Partner and Director. Russell has advised key clients such as owner-managed SMEs, mid-market private equity houses, and FTSE companies, with extensive expertise in deals and M&A transactions, project management, and sector knowledge. They have successfully managed over 500 transactions, covering due diligence, refinancing, and capital market transactions. Russell holds a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Liverpool.
