Tara Gardner

Tara Gardner is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Interpath Advisory since June 2022, Tara has previously held significant positions including Head of People at Autovia, where responsibility involved HR and talent management during a corporate carve-out from a parent company. Tara's expertise encompasses supporting multiple teams and strategic people agendas at QBE Insurance and News UK, as well as managerial roles at PwC that involved overseeing HR initiatives across different business units. Earlier career experiences include a range of HR functions at ITV and HR management at Newtrade Publishing. Tara holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA Hons in Literature/Cultural Studies from the University of Staffordshire.
