Anisha Chelliah is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Interpeace since February 2021, following a role as Global Human Resources Manager in the same organization. Anisha has held various positions in human resources, including Human Resources Generalist at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue and Global HR Officer at Interpeace. With a strong background in managing HR functions across diverse organizations, Anisha’s expertise includes employee lifecycle management, recruitment, talent management, and the development of HR policies for multiple offices. Previous roles also include HR Project Coordinator at GSK, HR Manager for Médecins Sans Frontières, and various positions within Nestlé. Anisha holds a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Business Administration from HEIG-VD, part of the University of Applied Sciences Western.
