Schelli has more than 20 years of digital strategy, service design, user experience, and management consulting expertise, including leading digital operations for a large, nationally recognized conservation organization. She manages the user experience strategy and solutions teams at I.F., helping clients to activate strategic plans, identify critical system challenges, and transform their digital offerings, teams, and culture.
Schelli is a certified Innovation Engineering Black Belt and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She is also a member of the International Association of Innovation Professionals and D.C. Web Women.
