Ariana Dugan

Ariana Dugan has a diverse work experience across various industries. Ariana is currently the VP of Product at Interplay Learning since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at General Assembly, where they held multiple roles. Ariana'smost recent position at General Assembly was VP of Product, Enterprise from November 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for setting R&D and product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and defining long-term roadmap and goals for online and instructor-led Enterprise products and technology. Before that, they served as the Director of Education Product Management from July 2018 to November 2019, where they managed a team of Education Product Managers and ensured the quality and growth of the Education Product portfolio. Ariana also worked as a Product Manager for Data Courses from June 2017 to June 2018, where they set and executed the vision for analytics and data science courses. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Corporate Training Designer, Online Instructional Designer, and Online Education Producer at General Assembly.

Prior to joining General Assembly, Ariana worked at Occom Group as the Head of Operations from December 2013 to November 2014. Ariana was responsible for developing end-to-end onboarding, sales, financial, internal project, and legal processes to support Occom Group's employees and business.

Before that, Ariana worked at McMaster-Carr, where they held the positions of Training Manager and Operations Supervisor. As a Training Manager from March 2013 to December 2013, they developed a sustainable training curriculum for new employees and standardized training development across departments. As an Operations Supervisor from October 2011 to March 2013, they maintained and improved the performance quality of a customer-service team and worked with logistics vendors to enhance service delivery.

Ariana also had previous experience at Year Up as an FAO Schwarz Family Foundation Fellow - Corporate Engagement from July 2009 to November 2011. In this role, they provided service and sales support, translated technical needs into curriculum, and managed project implementation for a non-profit revenue team.

Additionally, Ariana worked at Ivy Insiders as a Branch Manager in 2008, where they implemented SAT tutoring in the Pittsford, NY area. Ariana also gained experience as an Office Assistant at Dartmouth Alumni Magazine from September 2006 to January 2008.

Ariana Dugan attended Dartmouth College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing. Additionally, they received a certification as an ASU+GSV Summit Speaker in June 2023 from the ASU+GSV Summit.
