Erin Jung is a Data Analytics Engineer at Interplay Learning as of September 2024, bringing extensive experience in data management and analysis. Previously, at Rowan from October 2020 to March 2024, Erin served as both a Technical Lead & Data Analyst, where responsibilities included enhancing operational efficiency across 40+ physical stores and delivering strategic insights to executives through custom reporting. Early career roles include Launch Operations Analyst and Customer Operations Associate at Rowan, where Erin improved launch success for pop-up locations and customer service efficiency, respectively. Erin founded Candela Cosmetics, leading product design and eCommerce operations from June 2015 to October 2020. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics from Pitzer College.
