Jennifer Wadella

Jennifer Wadella is an accomplished professional in the field of front-end engineering, currently serving as the Director of Front End Engineering at Interplay Learning since July 2025. Jennifer is also a founder and the president of Kansas City Women in Technology (KCWiT), an organization dedicated to inspiring young girls to pursue careers in technology through mentoring, workshops, and scholarship opportunities. Prior to the current role, Jennifer held significant positions at Bitovi as VP of Frontend Engineering and Director of Angular Development, as well as lead front end developer at Vector Legal Method. Additional experience includes software development roles at Fire Engine RED and SMRxT, web development at VML, and web design at SoftVu. Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Management from Drake University in 2009.
