Lexi Rhett

Lexi Rhett has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Peer Advisor and Student Statics Mentor at BYU-Idaho. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Project Engineer at H2W Technologies. In 2018, they joined Hamilton Company as a Project Manager, responsible for managing product requirements, launch, pricing, and life cycle maintenance. Lexi later transitioned to the role of Product Manager at Hamilton Company, where they continued to drive innovation and ensure market adoption. Currently, Lexi is an Associate Product Manager at Interplay Learning, starting in 2022.

Lexi Rhett completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications related to product management and technical skills. These include certifications in Experimentation & Testing from Reforge in May 2023, Product-led Certification from Pendo.io in March 2023, Managing and Working with a Technical Team for Nontechnical Professionals from LinkedIn in November 2022, and many more. These certifications demonstrate their dedication to enhancing their skills and knowledge in the field of product management.
