Alef Rocha

Alef Rocha is a Product Owner at InterPlayers since March 2020, specializing in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with a strong capability in leading agile ceremonies. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Support Analyst, where responsibilities involved developing queries, executing stored procedures, and providing onboarding training, as well as positions at SumUp where leadership of the customer support team and management of team productivity were key duties.
