Clara Barbarini is currently serving as the Principal Project Assistant for the ENACT Project at INTERPOL since October 2025, where responsibilities include assisting in project implementation to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget. Prior to this role, Clara worked at IOM - UN Migration from January 2019 to September 2025, first as Programme Support Officer focusing on programme implementation in Mozambique and then as Project Development and Reporting Officer, conducting research for project proposals. Clara's experience also includes serving as an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament from September 2015 to December 2018, where coordination with stakeholders was key, as well as a trainee in the Foreign Affairs Committee. Earlier experience includes an internship with the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy focused on lobbying for a project on parental child abduction. Clara holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Université libre de Bruxelles and has participated in various educational programs related to migration and asylum law.
