Magnus Jones serves as the Vice President of Regulations at the European Web3 Organization since May 2024 and is a member of the INTERPOL Expert Group on Metaverse, contributing to the responsible use and regulation of emerging technologies. With extensive experience in the blockchain and legal technology sectors, Jones has been a board member of the Oslo Blockchain Cluster and the Norwegian Computer Society's groups for Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence. As a lecturer at BI Norwegian Business School, Jones educates on EMBA courses and has held various leadership roles at EY, including Executive Director and Nordic Innovation Lead in Tax & Law. Jones holds an LLM in European Law from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor's degree from BI Norwegian Business School. Additionally, Jones serves as the Norwegian Ambassador for the European Legal Technology Association.
