Ralph Markert

Ralph Markert has extensive experience in international law enforcement, serving as Assistant Director and Chief of Staff at INTERPOL since August 2006, with responsibilities that include strategic planning, administration, and operations across multiple directorates. Markert has played key roles in various initiatives, such as facilitating partnerships with third parties through the INTERPOL Foundation for a Safer World and coordinating the "Unity for Security" global ministerial forum. Prior to INTERPOL, Markert held various positions at the Bundeskriminalamt, including liaison officer in Argentina and coordinating officer for international operations.
