Richard Lim

Richard Lim is an experienced project manager specializing in cybercrime prevention and technology solutions. Currently serving as the Project Manager for the Africa Joint Operations against Cybercrime (AFJOC) at INTERPOL since July 2017, Richard Lim plays a crucial role in establishing a cybercrime operations desk to enhance the capabilities of 49 African nations. Additionally, as the Project Manager for the Cyber Foundation Project, Richard Lim leads initiatives to strengthen Cyber Threat Response and Cyber Operations. Richard Lim's extensive background includes previous project management roles at organizations such as AvePoint, BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, and Straits Construction Singapore Pte Ltd, alongside a variety of technical positions earlier in the career. Richard Lim holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from RMIT University and completed a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) training seminar at the National University of Singapore.
