David Fersini

David Fersini possesses extensive experience in technical management and research and development within the food and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Direttore Tecnico for the food division at Interpump Group S.p.A. since January 2016, David oversees engineering, automation, R&D, and customer service, focusing on the design of pistons, homogenizers, and process systems. Previously, David held the position of Technical Manager at Bertoli srl from 2004 to 2015, where responsibilities included mechanical and electromechanical design and R&D for food industry applications. David's academic background includes a Doctorate from Università di Parma and specialized programs in management and innovation at Bologna Business School.
