Giacomo Leo

Giacomo Leo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and general counsel roles across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as Managing Director and WW General Counsel at Interpump Group S.p.A. since November 2021, Giacomo also holds the position of President for North America and ESG Director. Prior experience includes holding senior legal positions at Valentino, Bottega Veneta, and Poltrona Frau Spa, as well as leading corporate affairs at Prysmian. Giacomo's expertise encompasses international contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and competition law, built through a career starting as a trainee lawyer at a law firm and advancing to senior roles in multinational corporations. Giacomo holds a Master's degree in advanced international legal studies and a law degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
