Rita Rolli graduated with honors in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna in 1993, where they also completed a specialization in Advanced International Legal Studies in collaboration with Golden Gate University School of Law. Rita is currently a Professor of Private Law at the University of Bologna and works as a lawyer at Studio Galgano. Their research focuses on national and EU legislation, sustainability, and corporate governance. In addition to their academic role, Rita serves as an independent director and holds various influential positions in multiple organizations, including as President of sustainability committees and as a member of supervisory boards.
