Andy Smith

Andy Smith has amassed a wealth of experience in the field of regulation, employment, and human resources. Starting at Adecco UK in 2010 and holding positions such as Head of Regulation and Employment, Andy then moved on to InterQuest Group in 2014 where Andy currently serves as the Head of HR and Legal, as well as Group Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Andy held various roles at Adecco from 2003 to 2010, including Head of Regulatory and Public Affairs, Head of Human Resources - Associates, and Legal Services Manager.
