The Interreg IPA ADRION Programme is a European Union funding programme which supports transnational projects in the field of Research, Innovation, Circular Economy, Environment, and Sustainable Mobility in order to enhance economic, social and territorial cohesion in the Adriatic-Ionian area. The new cooperation area covers ten countries, four EU member states - Croatia, Greece, Italy, and Slovenia, five non-EU partner states- Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia, and one third partner state, which is San Marino.

We have decided to invest 160 M EUR in four priorities:
1. Developing and enhancing regional research and innovation capacities 
2. Promoting climate change adaptation and transition to circular economy  
3. Developing sustainable, intelligent and intermodal mobility
4. Supporting the EUSAIR strategy
