Chloe Coleman

Chloe Coleman is an experienced professional in user research and design, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Vouchsafe, focusing on innovative identity verification solutions since November 2022. Previously, Chloe held senior user researcher positions at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and Torfaen County Borough Council, with a focus on digital exclusion in Wales. With a background in consulting across various government departments at Made Tech, Chloe led user research initiatives, managed teams, and contributed to the development of research policies and training. Additionally, Chloe's experience includes roles at the Department for Work and Pensions, Department for International Trade, Ministry of Justice UK, Department for Transport, and Department for Education, highlighting expertise in user-centered design and agile methodologies. Chloe holds a Master’s Degree in International Political Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Sheffield.
