Marissa Ramirez has extensive experience in the music and media industry. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Lifestyle Marketing Coordinator at Interscope, Geffen, and A&M Records, managing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and budgeting. Marissa then joined COMPLEX Media, Inc., where they held roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, and Associate Director in production, overseeing marketing activations and managing production timelines. In 2017, Marissa joined Interscope Records as a Director, later being promoted to Senior Director and eventually Vice President, Visual Creative. In these roles, they oversaw the entire production process, collaborated with internal teams, and managed budgets and project spends. Marissa also has experience as a freelance designer.
