Ana Ber

Ana Ber is a seasoned professional in executive search and leadership advisory, serving as the Managing Partner at Pendl & Piswanger Romania since January 2005. Ana Ber leads the local office partner of P&P Group and InterSearch Worldwide, specializing in executive search and related services, including executive onboarding and management team assessments. In addition to this role, Ana Ber is the Global Sustainability Practice Leader at InterSearch, overseeing sustainability initiatives across the network. As a member of the Global Board of Directors at Interim Management Worldwide, Ana Ber focuses on cross-border business development. Ana Ber also holds the position of Country Manager at PEP Worldwide Romania, where a unique development program is implemented to enhance employee productivity. Previous experience includes coordinating emergency services at SOS Medical Group and managing refugee camps for UNHCR across various African nations. Ana Ber holds a Master's of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health and a BSc in Health Care Administration from Tel Aviv University.
