Giulia Iezzi

Giulia Iezzi is an Associate Researcher at InterSearch and an Executive Search Consultant at Weplace since October 2024, with extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition across various sectors. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Jr at Vivara, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment processes, strategic use of ATS tools, and involvement in Employer Branding initiatives. Giulia has also worked as a Trainee in Executive Search for Life Sciences & Healthcare at Weplace, and as an Associate Researcher focusing on the same industry at InterSearch. Early career experience includes an internship in Recruitment & Selection at Business Partners Consulting and a young apprentice role in Customer Service at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Giulia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista and completed an English course at SEA English Academy.
