Stephanie Ryan

Stephanie Ryan is a dynamic and results-oriented Research Manager at InterSearch Ireland, with over a decade of experience in executive search. Since August 2011, Stephanie has led the Research Team, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. Prior roles include Consultant and Executive Search Researcher within InterSearch, contributing to client engagements with large multinationals, PLCs, SMEs, and public sector organizations across diverse sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, and ICT. Stephanie holds a Higher Diploma in Education and a master's degree in Economic Science from University College Dublin, complemented by a BA in Economics and Politics from the same institution.
