Viola Diermayr

Viola Diermayr is a consultant at Pendl & Piswanger since August 2022, focusing on talent identification and development through team-building and experiential workshops. Concurrently, Viola serves as a Junior Human Resources Consultant at InterSearch. Previous experience includes roles as a Junior Human Resources Consultant at iVip OG and contributions to workshops and evaluations in applied organizational psychology. Viola has also worked in clinical psychology, conducting psychological assessments, and providing individual therapy at Klinikum Salzkammergut. Earlier roles include teaching dance to children at Kreadance and participating in a European voluntary service as an assistant kindergarten educator at La Casa del Sol. Viola is pursuing a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Vienna, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution and completed an Erasmus+ exchange at Heidelberg University.
