At Intersec Group, they worked as a Solution Architect, collaborating closely with pre-sales to deliver successful architectures for new projects. Cédrick also provided technical advisory services, support, and integration solutions to customers. Cédrick has also worked as a Senior Integration Engineer, ensuring that customer requirements were implemented and customized products were installed successfully.

During their tenure at Ericsson, Cédrick worked as a VAS Solution Architect, assisting telecom operators in maintaining and updating their equipment. Cédrick also coordinated technically complex solution installations and managed customer change requests. In addition, Cédrick served as a Solution Integrator, where they prepared project execution plans, installed and administered MMS-C/SMS-C & IPTV platforms, and provided customer-oriented demonstrations and training.

Prior to these roles, Cédrick gained experience as a Multimedia Customer Service Representative at Free Telecom.
