Ingolf Ruh has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ingolf started their career at Tivoli Systems Inc. in 1997, where they worked as a Manager of Tivoli Sales until 1998. Ingolf then joined IBM in 1999 as the Director of Tivoli Central Region EMEA.
In 2001, Ruh joined Motive Inc. as the Managing Director, responsible for sales in Europe and APAC. Ingolf later became the VP Sales for Europe and APAC from 2005 to 2006. Motive Inc. was acquired by Alcatel-Lucent in October 2008, and Ruh continued their role as Vice President & General Manager for EMEA & APAC until December 2008.

In 2014, Ruh founded Ingolf Ruh Capital & Consulting GmbH, where they assumed the role of Chairman of the Board. Ingolf also served as the Chairman of the Board at YouCan2 Crowdselling, Crowdfunding, and Crowdinvesting from 2014 to 2020.
Lastly, Ruh joined Intersec Group in 2015 as the Chief Revenue Officer, focusing on providing real-time detection and fast execution capabilities to improve business performance.
