Maja Lazarevska

Maja Lazarevska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maja currently works as a Telecom Project Manager at Intersec Group since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Project Leader Software on Railway Systems for Siemens Mobility at Capgemini Engineering from January 2020 to November 2021. Maja also worked as a Consultant (HMI Navigation Feature Owner for Renault) at Altran from October 2019 to January 2020. Maja gained experience as a Project Engineer (Team Leader and Customer Performance Leader Radio Media Telephony for Renault) at ALTEN from September 2017 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, Maja worked as a Research Engineer at Institut Mines Telecom, focusing on IoT technologies for eHealth applications in smart cities, from January 2017 to July 2017. Maja also worked as a Junior Developer and IT Consultant at Further AB Sweden, a Banquet Captain at Sun Valley Resort, a Banquet Staff at Sun Valley Resort, an Intern in the IT and Telecommunication sector at M-NAV Air Navigation Service Provider, and an IT Intern at Sparkasse Bank Makedonija.

Maja Lazarevska has an extensive education history in the field of technology and engineering. Maja started their academic journey in 2006 at High school "Rade Jovcevski-Korcagin", where they obtained a High School Degree in Natural Sciences and Mathematics. Maja was part of a bilingual class and also holds a French Bachelor Diploma.

In 2010, Maja Lazarevska enrolled at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Telecommunications Engineering. After completing their undergraduate degree in 2014, they continued their education at the same institution. From 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) of Computer and Information Technologies, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.

During their studies, Maja Lazarevska had the opportunity to participate in various exchange programs. In 2015, they were awarded an ERASMUS Mundus Scholarship Joint Degree and studied at Heriot-Watt University, where they obtained an additional Master of Science (MSc) in Smart Systems Integration. In the same year, they also studied at the University of South-Eastern Norway, focusing on Micro and Nano Technologies as part of their Smart Systems Integration studies.

Expanding their educational experience abroad, Maja Lazarevska attended Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2016 to 2017, earning another Master of Science (MSc) in Smart Systems Integration, this time with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Additionally, Maja Lazarevska has obtained two certifications. In 2009, they received the "First Certificate in English (FCE)" from the British Council. In 2015, they successfully completed the "TOEFL iBT" certification through ETS.
