Oyo N. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Intersec Group since January 2013, where responsibilities include the creation of the HR department and the implementation of a people strategy that aligns with the organization's growth objectives. Prior to this role, Oyo N. was the Global Human Resources Manager at Médiane Système from February 2005 to January 2013, overseeing HR activities across two affiliates.
