David Boulay

David Boulay serves as the President of IMEC Illinois since January 2011 and holds a position on the Board of Directors for Intersect Illinois since June 2022. Previously, David was the Chair of the Board of Directors for the American Small Manufacturers Coalition from October 2016 to October 2020, where the mission focused on aiding small manufacturers through various initiatives. Additional board membership included mHUB Chicago from September 2016 to September 2020. David has experience as Deputy Director of the Industrial Extension Service at North Carolina State University from October 2008 to January 2011 and as a Management Specialist at The Ohio State University from 2002 to 2008. Academic credentials include a PhD in Human Resource Development and an MBA, both from The Ohio State University and Franklin University respectively, along with a BS in Operations from Binghamton University School of Management.
