Lloyd Duhon is a blockchain governance leader and U.S. Army veteran with over 25 years of experience in IT, startup leadership, and ecosystem development. Presently, they serve as Chair of the Cardano Constitutional Convention and Secretary of the Budget Committee, overseeing a $210M+ ADA treasury. They have contributed significantly to shaping the Cardano ecosystem, including leading key governance processes and establishing innovative budget frameworks. Lloyd is also co-founder of Living Greens Urban Farm and has previously held various leadership roles in technology and business. Currently, they pursue studies in psychology at Liberty University.
