Arjan Sidhu

Arjan Sidhu is a seasoned procurement professional and educator with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Procurement Director at Intersect Power since August 2017, Arjan oversees the procurement of substantial renewable energy assets, including solar PV modules and battery storage. Previous roles at Intersect Power included Procurement Manager and Development Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed project budgeting and the development of greenfield clean energy infrastructure. Arjan also imparts knowledge as an Adjunct Faculty member at Johns Hopkins University, teaching a course on Solar Energy. Additional experience includes being a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute and consulting for ICF International, focusing on distributed energy resources. Arjan's early career featured an internship with the U.S. Department of Energy and a leadership role at The Best Quest. Arjan holds a Master’s Degree in Energy Policy & Climate from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and has been a Visiting Scholar in Energy Policy at the University of Cambridge.
