Austin Lynch, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in renewable energy, primarily focused on geothermal and wind projects. Currently serving as the Manager of Wind Project Engineering at Intersect Power since February 2023, Austin previously held several key roles at Enel Green Power from July 2015 to February 2023, including Director of Geothermal Operations and Maintenance, where responsibilities included overseeing over 70 MW of geothermal power plants. Austin's earlier experience includes positions as Technical Support Manager, Reliability Engineer, and Project Engineer in both wind and geothermal sectors, contributing to plant design, performance analysis, and project development. Prior to this, Austin worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Geothermal Development Associates and as an HVAC Maintenance Technician Assistant at the University of Nevada Reno. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
