Daniel Sonsino

Daniel Sonsino has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Daniel is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Intersect Power. Prior to this role, they founded and served as the Interim Chief People Officer at Guia Consulting, where they provided human resources consulting services to various organizations. Daniel also worked as an Advisor at madeBOS, Inc. and as a Vice President of Human Resources at Grocery Outlet, where they played a key role in modernizing HR functions. Additionally, they held leadership positions in talent management and learning and development at Polycom, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Raytheon, Bank of America, Sun Microsystems, and Click2Learn. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, leadership promotion, and organizational design.

Daniel Sonsino has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Ithaca College. Daniel also holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University. Additionally, Daniel has obtained certifications in Executive Coaching, Hogan Assessment, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Strengths Finder Coaching.
