Currently serving as the Director of Land Acquisition at Intersect Power since August 2022, James has previously held roles such as Project Developer at Grid United and Manager of Land - Major Projects and Corporate Real Estate at Williams. With a solid foundation in commercial real estate brokerage from Realty Capital and expertise in land management from positions at Lennar, Talisman Energy, and Mason Dixon Energy, James has demonstrated strong skills in negotiation, contract analysis, and market research, successfully managing deals valued at over $82 million throughout a diverse career. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and History from Florida State University.
